In a job like yours, it can be hard sometimes to know if your reactions to things are normal, or if they might be a signal that something needs your attention. Our experience is that noticing potential problem areas and taking action early is a lot better than waiting until they’ve become overwhelming. This is our way of helping you do that.
We’re inviting you to take part, as a way of checking in on how you’ve been doing with respect to stress, coping, and emotional health. The process includes an online questionnaire that will sample various areas of mental wellness to obtain a comprehensive picture of your current psychological health.
Once you’ve completed it, we’ll compile your results in a personalized report, and then be in touch to set up your own meeting with one of our psychologists, who will go over your results in detail and provide you with feedback. This meeting can be either in-person or virtual, whichever you’d prefer.
